This page explains how to report material on our website that you believe infringes your rights. It is a reporting policy, not a claim that Zynovue qualifies for any particular legal safe harbor.
Information displayed on Zynovue
Our website publishes movie information such as titles, release details, cast and crew information and editorial descriptions. Some page images are original illustrative title cards, not official film posters. Naming a film or linking to a third-party destination does not mean we own, host, distribute or have licensed that film.
How to submit a copyright concern
Use the Contact Us form and choose Copyright concern. Please include enough information to help us identify the issue:
- Your name and a reliable way to contact you.
- The copyrighted work you believe has been used without authorization.
- The exact Zynovue URL of the allegedly infringing material.
- An explanation of the rights you own or represent and why you believe the use is unauthorized.
- A statement that the information in your report is accurate and that you are authorized to act for the rights holder.
- Any additional details required by the law applicable to your notice.
Do not send false or misleading allegations. A formal notice under United States DMCA procedures may require further statutory information and service through a properly designated agent; this contact form alone is not a substitute for those legal requirements.
Review and corrective action
We will review sufficiently detailed reports and may correct a description, remove an image, disable access to disputed material or take other appropriate action. Review does not imply that every report is valid. We may request clarification where the affected work or URL is unclear.
Corrections and counter-notifications
If you believe content has been mistakenly removed or identified, contact us with the affected page URL and supporting context. Rights disputes may require independent legal advice. Do not submit personal documents or sensitive data unless specifically necessary and appropriate.
Official film availability
For an authorized stream or download, consult the film’s distributor, studio or licensed service in your region. The Zynovue app destination must not be understood as a guarantee of viewing rights.
